    4.    We’ll email you a one-time verification code—use the code to reset your password.

Can't sign in with the correct password? Try these tips.

MOBILE OR DESKTOP BROWSER

1.     Clear browser cache.
2.     Try to sign in from a different browser.
3.     Restart your device.
4.     Update the browser to the latest version.
5.     Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.
6.     If on mobile, restart WiFi and try to sign in.

NIKE APP 
•    Restart WiFi and try to sign in again.
•    Uninstall the app, restart your device, and re-install the app.

I didn’t get the password reset email—what should I do?

First check for the email in additional folders (spam, junk, trash, etc.). If you still don’t see it, add nike@notifications.nike.com to your contacts and then request the password reset email again.
