Where is my Nike order?
The updated information about your order delivery can be checked here:
TRACK YOUR NIKE DELIVERY
After your order is dispatched, you can track your package(s) any time here. We'll also send you a delivery confirmation email and SMS with your order number and a link to track your package.
FOR APP/WEB (MEMBERS)
1. Click on “Profile”. Go to “Orders” Page.
2. Click on “Orders” tab.
3. Select the order which you would like to view by clicking on the “View Order”.
4. If the order is not delivered yet, you can choose to “Cancel Order”. If the order is delivered, you can choose to “Return/Exchange” your order within a period of 30 days.
FOR WEB (GUEST USERS)
1. Click on “Help” tab. Go to the “Orders” Page.
2. Click on “Orders” tab.
3. Enter your phone number used for placing your order. Click “Submit”.
4. Enter OTP received on your phone.
5. Select the order which you would like to view by clicking on the “View Order”.
6. If the order is not delivered yet, you can choose to “Cancel Order”. If the order is delivered, you can choose to “Return/Exchange” your order within a period of 30 days.
